Zhangbu and Jamie told me that NO problems were observed during an 80k
TOF test run ... nothing has been touched on TOF's side, remember this
was supposed to be the test to diagnose the source of the busy as
reported by the TCD. Unfortunately, Zhangbu had to leave the area (early
sweep?) and we couldn't continue running longer (while monitoring the BUSYs)
As of now we consider TOF to be under STAR Run Control again (until this
mistery strikes us again) ...
Jamie, could you remove the "TOF out of run ..." issue from the e-log
--maybe i am little bit too optimistic here :) --
