The BUSY sent to TCD will be taken care of by the TRIGGER.
What I need probably is the local BUSY from 2-6-4 to
2-10-2 where the "pretrigger" is BUSY.

In short:
the TOF DAQ Busy and the TOF System BUSY are (together with the L0
pulse from the TCD) OR'ed in 2-3-1. It should have enough free outputs
since we have used only 1 out 4.
