1st trip .... on HVB+ !

      HVB+ tripped at 9h36 EST ... interesting.
It could be still be correlated to a blue beam trip around the same
time. However, HVA+ didn't trip this time (remember that HVA+ and HVB+
busses were swapped at the CAEN unit)
