Hi,

I turned off TOFr HV after HVA+ started tripping every 15 minutes. The
next collisions are planned for ~1 am Wednesday. I'll switch HVA+ and HVB+
before then if there is a controlled access so we don't trip every 15
minutes during the beam collisions Wednesday am.

Then in the access Wednesday during the day, we'll put HVB+ back into the
2nd output and HVA+ into the 3rd.
