it's back ... tofpdaq was in some funky state: sshd died and messages
about problems with loading shared libraries.
Also, the time jumped up (and back down again!) ... we synchronize our
local clock every 5minutes with daqman but there is no trace in the log
that the local time made a jump.
As for the tofrhv monitoring: apparently, the time-jump crashed the cron
job and left the lock file unremoved ... so every time the cronjob tried
to run the lock file prevented it.
To make sure that any ELF-type dynamic loading problem of shared libs is
not causing problems again, I rebooted the machine and restarted TOFpHV-
and TOFrHV-monitoring and the tofpdaq mother.
