Found 3332 beam events out of 32283 >>--> ratio = 0.103212

pVPD and local trigger firing again, and at a reasonable rate.

hit patterns normal.
pvpd adc & tdc dists normal.
tofp and tofr adc & tdc dists seem o.k. (v. few counts)

i think you all know what my suspicion is... no matter - we're cooking
again...
