hello zhanbgu - i don't think its the tdc... when this has happened before
(see prev msg to lijuan a sec ago) *both* the count rate of adc>pedestal
and tdc>0 go to zero for these channels.
later, when the detectors come back alive, both adc>ped and
tdc>0 counters increment again.
so its not the TDC or anything on the platform.... i'm thinking it's
inside the pole tip - either this mrpc or this fee board....
