localmon summary of the pp run

from concatentation of localmon_to4099043.dat to localmon_to40150015.dat
(i.e. the p+p run):

total of ~13M STAR events seen via localmon

total of ~3.3M pvpd trigger'd events >>--> ratio = 0.251889
        (avg over many trigger types, including pvpd+tofr trigger'd
        runs...)

        pVPD efficiency was ~10% wrt STAR triggers when running w/out
        the pVPD+TOFr trigger
        ...consistent w/ value of ~12% from run-2

>3M pvpd events
          ~8k hits/slat in tofp
>30k hits/cell in tofr

substantial data set!!!
