The SVT LOW PRESSURE water system requires a floor space of
3 ft

on the NORTH PLATFORM, THIRD LEVEL. The SVT AIR CONDITIONING system
requires a floor space of 2 ft 
5 ft and its location remains to
be determined.
Justification:
The WATER cooling system and the AIR conditioning systems require space.
