The 3 HVSys controllers are currently getting their AC power through a network controlled power switch. This allows us to reset them by power cycling. It can be accessed via

telnet eemc-pwrs1

/h gives help - command that can be executed
/off 'plug # ; the number for the various devices is displayed on the screen
/on 'plug # ; to turn a channel on.
