MiniDAQ processor reboot

The MiniDAQ processors have sometimes failed to boot in the correct sequence; if this happens, reboot MiniDAQ by pressing the reset button on scaup, the leftmost module in the crate. This will cause scaup, eider and all three Cyclone processors to reboot.
