TOF DAQ busy rate at the TCD

FYI.

It's not clear from online what trigger is running but i assume it is
the same as the previous run being "dAuMinBias/physics/dAuMinBias"

TCD busy rates for TOF fluctuate somewhere around 70-80% (reported by
the TCD). TOFp DAQ (determined by getdata.cxx) reports ~20%. getdata
uses about 2-9% cpu time, senddata ~0.5-2.7%. system load ~0.5

We are taking data at ~50-110 Hz, resulting in ~78-156 kB/s

Unfortunately, I see us lose L2s more often than I would like to see ...
