pvpd hv now at correct gain set

from the scalers, it seems absolutely clear to me that
we are running at the desired gain set for the newest data....
relative rates e1:e2:e3 (seeing yellow ring=Au) and
w1:w2:w3 (blue ring=d) are each now consistent with 1:1:1....

in the morning there might be enough data to look at the
pvpd spectra for more detailed checks of these gains... n.b.
we're at daq_mon_ratio=100 at the moment...
