some quick results from last nights data (..._to4025019.dat)

Found 9992 beam events out of 38993 >>--> ratio = 0.256251

also tofr appears to be off the whole time in these data.
i looked at /data/hv/tofrhv.log but that stopped updating
more than two hours ago...

but the logfile still isn't updating, and also i see no
running process that looks like tofrhv_mon... i see the
hvsys monitor, and tofpmother, but...
now i see tofrhv_MON is nothing more than the same tail command...
(later) i think i see now your binary
/home/tofp/HSCAENETLib-1-3/tofr/tofrhv_mon
just does one read, and the monitoring is done by having cron
run that app once/min? that's where i'll stop digging...
anyway, running tofrhv_mon by hand makes me think the hv
is on but i'm not sure exactly what all the columns are!
