huh????? I saw it ... bizarre. So far, pedestal/strobed data had 2x the
timing in common-stops but this surely looks like it switched back to
the 100ps/channel mode. Are we loosing this TDC unit (could be
associated w/ earlier DMA error).

I checked the localmon and, yes, DMA errors are critical errors after
which the data is 0 (zero) for *all* channels. We should definitly keep
track since we wouldn't want to have hours worth of data w/ only 0s in it!
