bill, could you take a look at these channels (both physics and pedestal):
TOFp T33-39
TOFr T25,48,51,55,64-71

all of them show interesting tails to the strobe signals when using
monConsole. I want to make sure these are strobed signals only (put am
puzzled too about the distribution).
