Hi, Bill:
It is indeed channel 38 which created the noise.
Now it is back to 200Hz level after I unplugged
#38. Did someone lock the TOF cabinet at WAH?

Are the TOFr HV and gas same as one of the test
condition at AGS?

For online display, I still think we need plots
which shift crew can understand so that at the
beginning of every run, they can identify the problem
and take action. If we use TOFr as trigger, it is
dangerous without any plots for shift people. We could
take half of our proposed events on junk before we
know it. The plot should be just occupancy and it should
be easy to understand.

On the issue of mailing list and what mail should be
sent to which mailing list:
Both Bill and Huan have a point. We should cc all emails
in tofp_at_physics.rice.edu to startof-hn_at_www.star.bnl.gov
so that urgent issues can be taken care of by experts
who may only read tofp_at_physics.rice.edu, but other people
who signed up in startof-hn_at_www.star.bnl.gov are presumely
very interested in the detailed operation of TOF and should
be informed about the progress and issues along the way
as well.

Thanks!
