we are back to the problems caused by very late L2 accepts ...
apparently Zoran M. is messing with that again. I'll collect some more
stuff from the log files and will contact CR later and ask them what's
going on. In any case, TOF is *not* the problem, it's just the indicator
of another problem. More later ...

I though of holding it back but I suppose we should come up w/ more
ammunition now: Bill, can you make a spreadsheet with localmon vs. STAR
events per day. I will be needing that to convince startrig ...
