Hi Aya,
Sounds like RHIC was trying to fill the beam and lost it. TOF HV stays on
and is subject to trips when this happens. The TOF HV automatically ramps
up again after a few minutes. If this continues for 10-15 minutes you
should let us know by email but you don't have to do anything else.
