TOFr:alarm on HV

Hi TOF experts,

I'm a detector operator now and there was a yellow alarm on TOFr:Iread_1
When I checked it, the HV A+ Read was ~ 6 for 2,3 min and then go back to
~6990 at the same time Iread reads 410 and causing alarm.

Is there any procedure for it? or just watching it as long as it is
short (please let me know about how long)??
