You are correct ... in fact it is has been tripping 14(!!!) times now
basically every 20-30min. This is a problem however after talking to Dan
Cebra (current shift leader) it turned out that RHIC is loosing its beam
during ramps with about that same frequency triggering all kinds of
radiation monitors. I'll keep an eye on it for the next hour or so.
