...was unsucessful... from the shift log:

02:13 5 issues - We had tried to start up a pedestal run with TOF -
however this run was hung and took no tokens.

in the localmon file (localmon_03182003test1.dat) i see exactly
one event w/ all zeros for the (a/t)dcs and scalers....
