attached are two PDFs from the rich scalers. TOFr seems to
be tripping "for no reason".... (hence frank's reboot/reramp)....

red is pVPD .and. rate (Hz)
green if TOFr singles (Hz)

picture 5 shows full range (these are perfectly normal
spills and single rates)
picture 7 is the same but w/ an expanded Y-axis

i.e. these trips happen both w/ and w/out beam in the ring.
also the currents are at perfectly normal values ~1 minute
before each trip....

it's always HVA- that's going here...
