actually, it's HVA+ that always craps out.
Since the reboot we have seen another 7 trips. However, Vernier scans
are and lots of beam tuning is done and we can see rather "high"
currents on the HVA busses (high meaning only 50nA instead of <10nA).
On the other hand, we have had Vernier scans before without these
massive trips. Typically, i have never seen the supply trip while in the
last stage of the ramp, but now i do see it happen a rather frequently.
