actually, yes ... if it is not a big problem (TOF is not contributing
that much to the SC archiver, is it?): we rather have this data stored
in a central STAR environment than on a local disk.

ultralow priority: could you change "TOFp Monitor" and "TOFp
Configuration" into "TOFp HV Monitor" and "TOFp HV Configuration"
respecively.

unless the dbase gets flooded w/ TOF data, we do think this data is
important enough to keep track of. Especially tofgas and tofrhv which
are updated per minute. The tofphv HV might loose one or two words, but
this one is updates at a 10x lower rate ...
