The unique identifier for strobed events should be the scaler. You
would expect to see Ch 10 = 1 (pulser). This is the only case in
which this should occur. You should not use a Ch 8 = 0 criteria
since there may have been valid triggers prior to the strobe event
that did not have L0 coincidences and so did not give physics
triggers. However, a pulser trigger has to give an event by
definition and cannot generate a fast clear. Since the scaler will
be read and cleared before another type of event, Ch 10 should never
be 1 in physics events.
